The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views. The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs. I have to complain with two manager just to have a simple breakfast. To be honest it was a very bad service, a very bad experience and that guy just ruined the mood for the whole day, I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you don’t want that someone just ruin your experience by being rude and impolite

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very good. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. There are no amenities such as a table and chair, facial tissue. There're provided only a small bottle of water. Breakfast is just so-so. The location of the hotel located in not crowded. It is in the residential area of the islanders. The food price is not as high as the central area of the island. However, the beach on the Ton Sai area is more beautiful and the water is more inviting to swim. However, it is convenient to walk to the pier. The hotel provides a luggage cart service for customer to pick up and drop off at the pier.

ห้องพักเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ห้องน้ำยังมีสบู่ของคนเก่าอยู่(ใช้แล้ว) ผ้าห่มและผ้าปูที่นอนมีคราบดำๆ ไม่สะอาด ห้องพักไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าและไม่มีบริการน้ำดื่ม ราคาค่อนข้างสูงเมื่อเทียบการการบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะอาดที่ได้รับ ผิดหวังมาก

Расположение отеля отличное, вид на завтраке, территория! На вид все прекрасно. Жили в корпусе сбоку… и вот наше удивление когда посреди ночи -а это в 4 утра началась молитва 🤪 даже не сразу заметили что там впритык с корпусом мечеть. 🕌 так вот номер был прямо около нее! В остальном все устроило, да как и писали ,что в ванне нет кафеля. Немного напрягло что нет фена/чайника. И что 🙄 в ванне душ льется на пол, соответственно все в воде и унитаз тоже. Через 2 дня решили продлить проживание,с утра подошли сказать чтобы поменять номер, согласились, сказали что подходите в 11.00 сказали даже номер комнаты с21 нас все устроило . Подошли, говорят что 🙄 тот номер еще занят до 14.00. Окей. Подходим в 13.40. И тут на наше удивление на нас начинает орать 😱 женщина в годах, что мы не выехали с номера ! Зачем ?! 🤦 если у нас оплачен отель. И после потерянного времени, и испорченного настроения, номер никто не стал менять! Пол дня потерять в ожидании замены номера это, треш. Первый раз такая ситуация, не первый раз в Тае и как то всегда решали вопросы. А тут наплевать.

Garden view was actually a view on a building… Service was not great, breakfast was very very limited, staff not the most polite: you expect a goodbye when you say goodbye.

Do not book your vacation here it's worst, they cheated us by giving a ordinary room and ended up paying additional 3000 baht for a decent room..its worse but 訂房網站.com service was awesome they responded immediately and partially resolved the issue..I recommend 訂房網站.com but not this hotel
